I am an interventional cardiologist with additional training in structural heart interventions, advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation. I am currently an Associate professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and serve as the director of Structural Heart Interventions at the Center for Advanced Heart Failure at the University of Texas. I have an active interest in PE thrombectomy and have led several clinical trials in Houston in PE.
As the director for structural heart interventions, I have been able to bring several clinical trials in aortic, mitral, and tricuspid interventions to our institution and have been a high enroller in several of these studies as the site principal investigator.
