Dr. Aniket Rali currently serves as an associate professor of medicine and anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned his double bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. He graduated with an MD from the University of Tennessee and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Case Western University. Dr. Rali completed a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the University of Kansas and then a sub-specialization fellowship in critical care medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, he completed additional sub-specialization in advanced heart failure and heart transplantation at Vanderbilt University. He currently serves as the co-director of medical cardiovascular intensive care unit. His academic interests include critical care cardiology, with a focus on cardiovascular hemodynamics, advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support and cardiac transplantation.
