Is a cardiologist and specialist in Internal Medicine with extensive experience in critical care and cardiovascular medicine. He completed his medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana–Xochimilco and pursued postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at nationally recognized institutions in Mexico, including the Instituto Nacional de Cardiología “Ignacio Chávez.” He also holds a Master’s degree in Cardiovascular Theory from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, Spain.
His professional focus includes echocardiography, pulmonary hypertension, right ventricular failure, and the management of critically ill patients. He has contributed as an author and co-editor to several medical textbooks and has participated in national and international scientific congresses. Dr. Marin currently serves as Head of Internal Medicine and Intensive Care at an IMSS hospital in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and remains actively involved in clinical practice, academic activities, and medical education.
