Laya Manoj, MD, is a third-year Internal Medicine resident at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is pursuing advanced training in cardiology and critical care, with a particular interest in hemodynamics and mechanical circulatory support. During residency, Dr. Manoj has been active in clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary care delivery across Temple’s quaternary care system.

Following graduation, Dr. Manoj will serve as an Internal Medicine Chief Resident, where she will focus on resident education, program development, and fostering a supportive learning environment. She plans to pursue fellowship training in cardiology with the goal of building a career as an academic cardiology intensivist.
