LVAD COORDINATOR

Donné is a Masters prepared registered nurse, LVAD coordinator, seasoned educator with extensive cardiology, advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support and acute shock management experience. She plays a central role in multidisciplinary care for individuals supported with ventricular assistive devices and those experiencing complex hemodynamic instability. As an LVAD Coordinator, she specializes in patient selection, device management, emergency response protocols and ongoing education for both patients and clinical teams, and continuity of care for individuals living with advanced heart failure.
Beyond the hospital setting, Donne is the founder of Pulse and Practice, a CPR training company made for the community dedicated to empowering the public with lifesaving skills. She is dedicated to empowering communities through heart-health education and advanced cardiac care. Through her experience she blends clinical expertise with a passion for teaching lifesaving skills to both healthcare professionals and the public.
